IKEA Sales Co-Worker interview questions

First i had a phone call from recruitment they asked me a couple of questions, after a week i had first interview and after another 2 weeks second interview with Sales manager

3 Interviews total. Phone with HR, face to face with department managers and an interview with the sales manager. Smooth process and I felt comfortable throughout. Basic interview questions relating to skills and experience and you're required to give specific examples of how you dealt with particular scenarios in the past.
