hr screening. 3 rounds total. Ghosted after final round and learned they hired someone internal and always planned to. Pretty unprofessional to speak to 5 people and not even get an email.
did the diversity symposium which was followed by a in person superday right after, very chill process everyone was very friendly, 4 back to back interviews with juniors and seniors
Very disappointing experience. The process felt disorganized from the start. A recruiter reached out to schedule a phone call, and I promptly shared my availability. Despite this, I was unexpectedly called at 8:00 PM on a day I had clearly marked as unavailable. That alone raised red flags about the team’s coordination and respect for candidates’ time.
I also received feedback from a colleague who interviewed for the same role, citing a clear lack of communication among managers within the department. My own experience reflected that: while the first interview felt positive, the second one felt more like an interrogation, with inconsistent and conflicting information from what had been initially shared.
This level of disorganization and miscommunication is unacceptable and makes it difficult to feel confident about moving forward with the process.
