Insulting and wasted my time! Spoke with HR for initial call and moved to first interview with hiring manager and another team member. Separate interviews, each 30 minutes. The hiring manager was first and spent the whole half hour telling me I wasn't a good fit for the role at all and she wouldn't even consider me. How insulting to call someone in for an interview without even looking at their resume first and then insult them to their face the whole interview.
I ended up having 3 virtual interviews. (Phone Screen, Second Round, and Superday). The Superday consisted of 3 virtual rounds with (1, 2, 2) respective interviewers. No technicals until the Superday. Relatively easy technical questions.
