Some team members were not very professional. Some lacking eye contact during most of the conversation and some inappropriately wandering eyes. I would have felt uncomfortable had I actually received/accepted an offer
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jefferies (Houston, TX) in Jan 2024
Interview
It was solid. Talked to a banker beforehand and enjoyed the conversation. The interview was pretty straightforward and what you expect for a Houston oil and gas investment banking job.
There was first an online application, then a first round interview on Zoom with an internal recruitment team, and lastly a second round interview with a senior manager on Zoom.
