I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Jefferies
Interview
Went through 5 interviews. The first 4 went great and the last was off putting. The entire process took about a month of my time. Was told by someone I knew internally that they were likely picking someone internally and I was led on. Was completely ghosted after the final interview by the company after multiple follow-ups. Unprofessional and wouldn’t work for a company that wastes my time.
Very cutthroat and impersonal. Super technical heavy, and i did well but it just seems to take the person out of the job. I got ghosted after making superday which seems quite unprofessional
