I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Jefferies in Apr 2021
Interview
Phone screen with hiring manager - nice person and conversation, but made clear that they were looking for a body to throw at a problem rather than someone to develop and grow.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jefferies (London, England) in Jun 2021
Interview
Application Questions, online tests, AC, final round interview. Not overly technical. Met with multiple associates/VPs in first round, final round consisted of interviews with senior staff. First round had a presentation and a written exercise, where you write an article before the assessment day and present it on the day itself.

Question 1
What company do you admire?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
It was a very quick interview. I had a first round over the phone. Asked the very basic IB questions and some behaviorials. Interviewer seemed pretty rushed on the phone.
