It was mostly behavioral, and it was three rounds, 20 minutes each of various VPs, MDs, and associates. I heard back from my interview on the same day, several hours later, so pretty fast turnaround. Conversations were pretty conversational, as they just wanted to know about my previous work experience and my "story."
