asked every thing there is to ask. education history , work and employment history, duties and skill sets, past and present salaries, expectation about the future.
my turn to ask, I questioned on the company plan and direction going forward, what sort of road map to expect, how would performance be appraised....
perhaps I was not sufficiently attentive, or was too abrasive when asking questions, or simply did not meet the expectations, or something I am not aware of, well, did not receive any offer.
well, a good learning experience nonetheless.
