Interview
The process was smooth from the application to the manager level. KPMG Kenya had stated that I would receive communication after two weeks; however, they never got back to me. They generally need to improve their communication, even if the candidate did not make it to the next round. Do they really know how heartbreaking it is to keep checking for an email, only to hear that successful candidates have already received their offer letters while you are still waiting for the next round?
Never called back despite making it to the final round, very poor communication, with the assumption being that they are doing you the favour reaching out to you to interview, and not that you got there by merit.
