Interview
Typically, KMPG recruits from colleges through campus career centers. Candidates submit resumes online, and if selected, they have a first round of interviews on campus. There is typically a half-hour one-on-one interview with a professional, typically a manager. Candidates who make the next round are invited to in-house interviews at the office. First the general recruiting partner gives an overview of the firm. Next, KPMG has an interesting final interview - they ask candidates to perform team-building group activities to see how they interact with each other. After that there is one interview, typically with a senior manager or partner. Afterwards, all the candidates are taken to lunch.
