Lockheed Martin Industrial Engineer interview questions

Phone interview, followed by an on site interview. They asked me to talk about my resume and projects that I have worked on as well as previous experience in the industry.

Hiring process involved a single phone conference from two supervisors. I had my excel file out. I prepped prior to it with certain keywords emphasized from the job description which also resonated with my experience. Afterwards, the next day I heard back from my recruiter saying the offered the role to me.
