I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (King of Prussia, PA)
Interview
The interview process was simple, they basically just asked a few generic thought based questions. The focus was on experience working in teams. There were no technical questions at all. Think of it like this, every question started with "tell me about a time when you...".

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Boulder, CO) in Apr 2014
Interview
Applied for position in the middle of March. I was contacted a month later directly by the manager wanting to schedule a phone interview. A week later I spoke with the manager and tow other engineers that were on the team. I was asked about my background, experience with software integration, and overall career goals. It wasn't a difficult interview although because my background was strictly hardware based integration I wasn't sure if software would be something I could pick up with my limited testing background in it. The manager was great, helped me out with all my communications, and really worked well with me in wanting to be sure I was a good fit for the position.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Houston, TX)
Interview
I started off with a phone interview asking more probing questions my resume. Then I was flown to Houston, TX the face to face interview. I flew in on a Friday and toured the work site, Johnson Space Center, and meet with the hiring management. On Saturday morning, I had three interviews, as I was being considered for three different positions. I then flew home Saturday afternoon. A couple of weeks later, I received an offer which I accepted.
