I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin
Interview
The HR lady was extremely informative and patient. During the interview process,we were given a short tour of the facility then sent to wait in the conference room. As the time passes we were called out by each manager to the interview. I interview with a total of 2 managers there. After the interview I was told to expect a phone call in 2 weeks. Instead, I got a phone call from HR within the hour and was offered a job.

I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2014
Interview
Never actually applied for this position; had applied for a similar position, and a month later received a pre-screen interview over the phone for this position much to my surprise. Pre-screening was a little awkward since it was unexpected. Received & accepted an invite to interview in person.

Question 1
The email invite for the interview implied only the hiring manager would be there; in reality, it was the hiring manager, plus two additional managers.I thought the in-person interview had gone really well, and the interviewers had commented that they like my thought process. It lasted exactly 1 hour. There were no difficult questions; they were all behavioral type questions.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Salt Lake City, UT) in Sep 2013
Interview
Was asked standard questions, but the interviewer seemed like it was just to go through the motions. I called back but they didn't really seem like they were ready to hire.
