I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Lockheed Martin (Dallas-Fort Worth)
Interview
Their interview wasn't technical, apart for asking me if I knew anything about the F-35. There were 3 interviewers on the call with me, all former fighter pilots. Overall the process was more "tell me about a time you had to adapt your communication style" and not the typical "why should we hire you" questions.

Tell me about a time you had to adapt your communication style.
Not many technical questions. Multiple panel interviews. More about describing problems and technical experience. Was asked questions like “Describe OOP” or “Explain compiled vs interpreted languages” Took around 4 hours, all virtual over zoom.
