Lowe's Home Improvement Assistant Store Manager interview questions

Situational interview not geared toward applied job, but centers on you, and how you are. Ours ask if you are safe, do you work well with others, how is your integrity, can you problem solve, can you do repetitive work, can you prioritize?

Did a phone interview with the HR person and an in person interview with the HR and Store Manager. They used an interview guide which consisted of about 6 situational questions. The interview was pretty straightforward and focused on past experiences. I was with them for just under an hour and had an offer 3 days later.
