Something new every day; boredom isn’t one of those things.

Cons

Corporate is slowly doing the thing where they eliminate positions here and there and adding additional responsibilities to those ready there. For some, it means you’re wearing multiple hats at once and being responsible for new areas. It’s effectively increasing the workload at the same amount of pay.
