I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement in Mar 2017
Interview
Rather simple. Straight forward management lay out what is expected of potential employees. Do not leave anything to question by the end which is very nice. Have plenty of informational sheets to give information they might not have spoken on.

Question 1
Are you willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time?
I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Zephyrhills, FL)
Interview
Rather easy interview process. There were only a handful of questions that were pretty standard for a retail position. When the interview was scheduled, I was told it was one person, but ended up being another person conducting the interview, which wasn't a big deal, but when you go in to the place it's nice to ask for the correct person.

It was Easy and I was able to get the job done. It was a good experience and I had a great time. Questions asked were about my experience with home improvement.
Pretty easy interview. Basic questions about work history. What experience you have pertaining to the role. A few scenario questions about customer interaction and teamwork. Pretty much show confidence you can handle the job.
