I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Toledo, OH) in Feb 2009
Interview
Applied on line took about a month to get a interview over phone. Interviewed after that with DM. Then had to interview with the stroe HR and store manager, and in that point had to take a assessment. Passed the assessment. I was set up to store manager assessment at the regional office. This was a whole day assessment. It took three weeks to hear from the HR manager to make me a offer. This process took forever and not worth it

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement in May 2010
Interview
I applied online and was contacted about a week later and had a phone interview. After that they scheduled me an interview with the HR manager, Store manager, and Regional manager. They hired me then and the drug test was performed in the office (cheek swab) and said theyd let me know when the results came back. Results came back the next day and they scheduled an orientation/training for the next week. That orientation ended up being canceled and they said theyd call me when a new one was scheduled. about three weeks went by until they finally scheduled a new one. Didn't get trained anything in training and it only took one day.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Mountain View, CA) in Aug 2009
Interview
I interviewed with 3 different managers basically the same questions. After the first approved of me the other 2 didn't seem to care about the interview just seemed to go through the process. I got a call the next day asking me to start the following week.
