Little to no human communication. Everything is set up via AI. You Meet with the store Department Head, however since they do not technically work for Lowe's and rather the vendors, within the Lowe's confines they are in plain clothes.

I showed up around 5 minutes in advance and asked a worker where to go for the interview. Took me to the main office room and gave me a paper to fill out, talking about my availability. And then they interviewed me, said that they would call me back, but they never did.
