Interview
I applied online through the Lowe’s career portal. Shortly after, I was contacted for a brief phone screening to discuss my availability and interest in the role. This was followed by an in-person interview at the store with the Department Manager. After the interview, I was given a conditional offer pending a background check and a drug screen (mouth swab). The entire process from application to orientation took about two weeks.

Interview
Didn’t hire because had one 6 hour period blacked out for my availability for a part time job. Was not able to work with me and wanted my time. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone
