I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Homewood, AL)
Interview
Terrible. No questions just computer algorithms that don't work. Why not ask a potential employees questions rather than have them sit in front of a computer. Customers talk to people not computers. At least not yet anyways
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Pembroke, MA) in Apr 2025
Interview
Simple process other than waited 20 minutes for interviewer on job that clearly stated how important it is to be on time. Strike 1. During interview 2 inappropriate questions. Strike 2. I work already, this is another gig which I was very transparent. Horrible interaction with HR person. Strike 3.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Prepare for 2-3 behavioral questions on customer services, issue escalation and dealing with people.
Easy questions to make sure you can handle dealing with customers. Mostly behavioral and then they’ll teach the rest as you get on the job. Nothing out of the ordinary for a seasonal role.
