I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Newington, CT)
Interview
Very simple and easy. Hired on the spot immediately. Few days later did a week of training and started by myself. Overall it was pretty easy. Lots of things that I had to learn on my own though.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Newport News, VA) in Feb 2023
Interview
The interview was smooth. I had a phone call with HR to set up a time to meet and then the interview itself was with the department manager. It was short and straight to the point. Offered the job on the spot.

Question 1
Tell me about your past customer service experience
The recruiter was great to talk to but they clearly had too big of a load which affected communication throughout the process. The given timelines were not followed (my last interview was in mid-January even though at the beginning of the process in November of 2024 I was told that they wanted to start the first week of the new year). The interviews themselves were fine, nothing too terribly difficult as it was for an entry-level role. When I asked for feedback on my interviews (as I made it to the final round but was ultimately was not chosen to participate in the program) no response or acknowledgment of the request was given.
