Lowe's Home Improvement MST Associate interview questions

They just sat me down and asked basic, describe a time when you went above and beyond. describe a time when you made the workplace more safe. describe a time when you were a leader.

Interview was short and they just want to see someone with a drive to work hard. They asked what would make me a good candidate. They DO drug test, every. single. time. It’s a mouth swab they hold in your mouth (while in office) for 10 minutes. kinda awkward lol. After that it took about a week then I started orientation. Very awesome job. Great pay in the MST sector. Not red vest... ah those jobs suck. Whoops lol.
