MANTECH interview questions

The interview was great, and overall was a wonderful experience. The interview included a phone interview and an onsite interview. If you are prepared then you will be fine.

I was recruited by the Program Manager. We had several casual conversations. He then referred me to the Hiring Manager, an Executive Director. He called me and conducted a very informal phone interview in which he made a contingent offer.
