I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MANTECH
Interview
Hiring process can be a little slow. Recruiters know the business and the positions. Application process can be a bit cumbersome. There was a delay of a week prior to receiving an offer from my last interview.

Question 1
Interviews are far too technical. Manager should take time to learn about the person and ask some behavioral questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at MANTECH (Chantilly, VA) in Feb 2013
Interview
I was first contacted by a technical recruiter who had pulled my application from the web site. He asked me if I was still interested in joining the ManTech team I said I was and then he said that he would contact me via email with the hiring information and welcome information. He then sent me several links to complete all the tasks required to get to the administrative side of the hiring process from there a HR representative took over and guided me all the way until I was landed in Virginia for training.
