Gut strukturiertes Gespräch mit Fachbereich und HR. Motivation und Erfahrung wurde abgeklopft. Dabei wurde viel Wert auf einen Personal Fit gelegt und auch die Team Dynamik stark beleuchtet. Rückmeldungen kamen schnell und auch unter Einhaltung der angekündigten Zeitspanne. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Prozess und ein sehr gutes Gespräch

Highly unorganized and unprofessional recruitment process. HR arranged two virtual phone calls where the first time the person in charge didn´t attend due to some urgencies and in the second claimed not to have found the meeting link. So I was hanging uselessly for minutes in the line. There followed nothing neither a cancelation nor a written explanation where everybody was after I wrote where everybody was. Quite unworthy of a firm that claims to be a world leading asset manager.
