Efficient interview process, recruiters are typically professional and help you get ready for any review with plenty of prep material. For specific questions sometimes people post on reddit or blind.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (London, England) in May 2024
Interview
Recruiter was very helpful, interviewer was helpful. The interview felt more like a collaboration - if you think out loud you are more likely to receive helpful hints rather than just trying to solve it all in your head.

5 sql and python questions. Sql questions were all based on one schema. Python based on dictionaries, lists, arrays ext. No questions on advanced data structures (ie dynamic programming)
Phone screen, coding test, 3 technical and 1 behavioral. Some technicals required running the code. Interviewers were friendly and helpful, recruiter was clear about content of the interviews and nothing felt surprising.
