Microsoft Senior Project Manager interview questions

There were three main rounds. The first round was an introduction (resume based). The second round was a product case study round and the final round was a cultural fitment and behavioural round with the Hiring Manager.

The first interview was with the hiring manager on an informational basis. After that there was a rotation of three other individuals in short succession for 30 minutes each. One member was not associated with the role the other two were. Situational type questions with a lot of focus on management style and inclusion.
