I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Microsoft (Warschau, Masowien)
Interview
A series of several interviews with 2 more welcome calls at the end. Start with HR, then your future boss, his/her 3 proxies (tech and 2x product) and finally a welcome call with the office manager and a "You got the offer" call :)

- You are an owner of a respected refrigerator business, how do you grow it?
- I come back to you and pitch you an idea: "Hotels use outdated landlines to make calls. Let's do something about it". How do you react? What are your next steps?
- How would you build (technically-wise) a user status feature in a communicator?
- Did you ever make a poor product decision and what did you learn from that?
- Why do you want to change jobs?
At first they asked personal information. They proceeded immediately by asking me about my understanding of position I'm applying for, and some technical questions here and there,
at the end they gave me a scenario of a cloud service.

Question 1
Q: What's the main tasks carried by a product manager?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Microsoft (Redmond, WA) in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied through employee referral. The process took more than 3 months. I has 2 phone screening calls then I travelled to Redmond for the final interview.
3 out of 4 interviewers were good and polite. The 4th (hiring manager) was rude and arrogant. He made terrible jokes about me as a person, my country, and my current role!
The last interview of the day was not scheduled properly. I waited for around 1 hour just to know whether I'm having one more interview or not! When I was ready to leave, the interviewer showed up.
