NHS interview questions

Very brief and was not thorough. They had already made the decision to hire whoever walked into the room. The interviewers talked most for most of it and made it difficult to talk about myself. They were obviously desperate for any applicant.

Very formal, with a panel of interviewer, quite relaxed in style but seemed to be very interested about what you thought you could bring to the team and irrelevant issues rather than asking questions which were relevant to the role.
