I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at New Balance (Miami, FL) in Sep 2012
Interview
Initially, the manager asked about my general background, covering the basics such as my previous work experience. He mainly focused on my sales job, asking questions related to my experience, the job description and why I left. Also we covered basic what-if sales and customer service scenarios, general skills related to motivation and so on. Overall, it was a run of the mill interview. However, they run background checks through a private company, so be careful how you word your background information.
