I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at New Balance in Nov 2014
Interview
Quick basic interview. Just asked simple questions to see what kind of individual you are. Asked me several personality based questions. Very typical interview where they ask you about you goals, weaknesses, time you succeeded above your peers, time you did not succeed (and how you handled that). Got a follow up interview after initial phone interview. Very quick, painless process.

Interview
2 Hr representatives, each individually asking different questions regarding personal and professional experience. No definite direction and main focus was not directed towards position applying for. I felt it was overall thrown together rather quickly and only had 10 mins to answer questions.

Question 1
what would be one thing I would do if I got to be the supervisor of a value stream?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at New Balance (Sunset Hills, MO) in Dec 2014
Interview
I was contacted about this position via recruiter and was told it was a contract with a likelihood of conversion to full-time employee. I had two face-to-face interviews: the first with the development team, the second with the hiring manager and team leads. The talk was candid and it seemed like expectations were being set pretty well. After the second interview I was contacted almost immediately with a job offer. I felt a little bit pressured to make a decision, but the time of year and their project needs were driving that and I understand.
