Primark Retail Assistant interview questions

good informal interview, I went to customer service and asked for the person interviewing me, they sent me to the canteen to wait for them, then when the interviewer arrived she made me feel less nervous and anxious. she took me to a meeting room where she asked me questions such as 'tell me a time you have delivered excellent customer service' and then she wrote it on a piece of paper, then i was given scenarios and asked what i would do in this situation- my scenario was a woman is busy and doesn't have time to use the fitting rooms, what do you do? the interview ended and my mind was at ease after the informal interview had concluded.

Was invited for an interview. It lasted about 20mins. Very typical questions asked. Was asked to provide documentation. Then one to one interview started. Was asked about 5 questions and was told to attend induction next day. Was not given enough time to think about the job offer.
