I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Publix (Celebration, FL) in Aug 2013
Interview
It was a very pleasant interview. I had no prior experience handling meat or working generally, and they took me in with open arms. I am very young so they did study me very much due to most applicants in the meat industry applying at an older age. Aside from that, it was a professional interview. I did dress up with a dress shirt, slacks and a tie. The store manager and department manager took good note of the professionalism. I heard after my hiring through other coworkers that the same day they interviewed six people and chose me.

Question 1
They asked me various questions pertaining to my availability, previous career and how I handle customers. It wasn't a very long interview because I didn't have very many intricate answers. It was my first job.
