The process went really bad. They kept asking general questions that don’t actually matter in the real world experience and they were not friendly. The interview process was good and straightforward. The recruiter keeps you updated in the process. The interview starts with HR interview, then proceeds with a technical interview (depending on the role youre applying), and if you passed, next is the Hiring Manager interview.
Two interviews in total. Both were conversational and well-structured. I was asked about my research background and experience, as well as a competency-style question about how I handle two conflicting priorities. The questions felt relevant and gave me a good chance to talk about my work.
