Lengthy but effective recruitment process that consisted of a mix of video interviews, assessments, and more video interviews. I had a pleasant experience overall although did not end up getting the role to which I had applied for originally.
Interview was based on technical skills. It was very respectful of my time. Expectations where clear, communication was polite, interviewers allow me to explain my answers and were understanding. The process was very transparent, next steps were clearly explained to me.

I was asked about what programing languages I know and was asked to share experiences with project where different analytical approaches were used: about the kind of tool selected, the reasons for that selection and the results obtained. Also, I got questions about how did a managed projects in the past and the kind of issues and solutions I faced.
