I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics in May 2024
Interview
Interview was pretty straightforward. Coding task online, HR call and 2 live-coding Zoom calls. DSA tasks (medium leetcode) with imo terrible description and terrible overview on input, output and examples. Did all 3 tasks with perfect score and still got no offer.

HR Reach-Out:
An initial contact from the HR department to schedule a phone interview or discuss the position and candidate qualifications.
Phone Interview:
A preliminary screening conducted by HR or a recruiter to assess basic qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
First Technical Round:
This round may involve a technical assessment or interview conducted by a member of the technical team. It could cover specific skills, problem-solving abilities, or coding challenges relevant to the role.
Second Technical Round:
A deeper dive into the candidate's technical skills and knowledge. This round may involve more complex technical questions, coding exercises, or discussions about past projects and experiences.
Hiring Manager Round:
A meeting with the hiring manager or a senior member of the team to discuss the candidate's fit for the role, overall qualifications, and alignment with the company's goals and culture.
The interview process consists of three stages: an initial interview with the manager, followed by a challenging algorithmic assessment, and concluding with a thorough examination of architecture-related skills. The algorithmic question is particularly rigorous and demands comprehensive problem-solving abilities.
