RAPP interview questions

Phone screen went well but the in-person interview was a different story. The in-person interview was a total waste of time (2 hours). I was scheduled to meet with four individuals but only met with one. What I was told at the in-person interview was different from what was discussed during the phone screen.

The interview was just a single interview and was more of a chat to see if I would fit into the team and culture. They also wanted to know what I could bring to them.
