RAPP interview questions

Very casual and good eye contact. Not intimidating. The interviewer was prepared with my resume and portfolio and had obviously done his research on my submitted samples. Did not blink an eye when I specified salary range and did not try to talk me down. Explained the perks of the agency right up front. The atmosphere was creative and inviting.

first a phone interview from HR,a few day later, got a phone interview from manager, one round onsite interview,about 30 mins. nothing difficult. very nice people. got an offer from rapp 2days later
