Received an email that they wanted to meet in person and got the offer pretty much a day or two later and then HR followed up later in the week. Was very nice to not have to jump through so many hoops.
More of a conversation with a portfolio manager. He wanted to figure out if I would fit in with the current team in place and if I could handle the Wealth Management hours.
