There was an on-the-spot assessment, similar to a short case study. Most of the questions were behavioral in nature, including questions about multi-tasking and managing multiple or competing deadlines.
HR will give you a call first for about 10-15 minutes to quickly go over the job overview. Then talk to the manager over a video call for 30 minutes. He asked some behavioral questions and some technical questions.
