All the rounds in one day one after another. Out of 50+ candidates, 3 were selected. All the rounds went well and smoothly. They offer food all the stuff. The managers were really good.

Interview
The entire process was quite seemless and I was kept well informed about the dates and tasks that needed to be taken care of throughout. The interviewers were knowledgeable and gave me a clear idea on what was expected in the role and how can I better prepare myself for the job as well. I am quite happy with the entire process and the interactions I had with the team, everyone was quite helpful, knowledgeable and polite.

I have applied for the System Testing Position in Automotive domain through Naukri.
I had 4 Rounds of Interview.
Round 1 & 2 : Technical round where they completely ask about Project, Process followed, Technology, Protocols and tools used [2 hours]
Round 3: Managerial Round [30 mints]
They ask about our managing skills, our short term and long term goals etc.
Round 4: HR Round [15 mints]
They ask about short intro, Relocation, family Background and Salary Discussion etc.
I all rounds common questions are:

2. Reason for job change
3. Any questions ( Ask them about the role and responsibility, work culture, what type of projects they have. So that we can get some info about the organization and we can prepare something in relevant to that in next rounds)
They mainly focus on our knowledge, how good do we know about the project, our understanding about the project and process.
