Very personal interview which is really nice compared to most programming interviews. Even without a math test I felt it was effective at assessing skill. They look for people who are capable and willing to learn. Not necessarily those that will know everything coming in.

Phone interview, general conversation of resume and qualifications, interviewers extremely open to questions. Discussed personnel I would be working with, availability of starting as soon as possible, post drug screening.

Student Recruit: Met with recruiter after a career fair, then I had to wait many months till negotiations moved forward.
Second larger interview then happened and they got in touch with me shortly after.
