Started with a call from HR. Typical interview process - 1 with the hiring manager, 1 panel presentation showing your account plan, and 1 with the managing director as courtesy
Everyone on the team was helpful in discussing the ins and outs of the position and the company. Most employees I spoke to had been there for an extended number of years which was a positive sign. It wasn't the right fit for the company and myself, but a good interview process from start to finish.
Generally easy. Focused more on experience and style. There are two distinct paths. New (to be trained junior) and the seasoned sales executives where they are more steps and deeper questions.
