Interview
I went through two rounds of interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with a panel. The hiring manager had a tendency to use a stressful questioning style, and frequently interrupted my answers (more than three times, which was quite disruptive).
On the other hand, panel interview were very open and willing to share the real challenges and difficulties they face in their daily work, which I found to be very practical and down-to-earth.

Easy and efficient! Got to speak to team members that I would be potentially working with. Multiple rounds of interviews to ensure you would be a good fit with the team
