Really surprising and shocking to know that such a reputed organization has interview panel with people who really do understand how the interview is been conducted and basic etiquette of introducing themselves as well. However interview was like this.. Interview was schedule on week day, at Bangalore Electronic city office in Salapuria infozone. Many candidates arrived for the interview. Had to wait for 1.5 hours before my name called for the interview.
I went behind the interviewer, 1st question was can you introduce yourself. Which I did very good. I was expecting interviewer brief intro or at least his name but to my surprise no he was not ready . He started with questions straightaway which I felt okay fair enough and questions goes like Q1: have you done automation in your project ? I answered with Till here it was fine.
Next question, Q2: What is the input for the automation test cases ? kidly Note here My profile was for Scrum Master position and I am not sure whether he was aware of it or not and started with questions like a junior software Engineers testing questions and his expectation was I would remember what input parameters given for an automated test case . which sounded funny and stupidly silly . I had to remind him literally twice that this interview is for SCRUM Master position not for Test engineer. With which he was annoyed God knows Why?
After all these drama. Then he started with relevant interview questions and it went on for another 1.5. hours which I did Excellent. After 10 minutes HR Executive comes and says I can leave for the day. Which is total crap.
No companies or no other interviewer would have rejected me I had done the interview so good.

They do not have right or skilled interview panel to interview candidates for mid level management roles. Total waste of time and energy to attend interviews here
