Interview
It begins with a phone interview where they ask you general HR type behavioral questions to check on your character and moral standing. After a few days, they email you with an invitation of come in for a personal interview. You select a time and show up. There the hiring manager asks you experience and previous job related questions. What accomplishments you may have done previously? What do you know about this company and why did you apply here? Then, he or she takes questions from you. At the conclusion, they thank you for your time and let you know when you can expect to hear a decision.

There were four rounds. Two Technical, One Managerial and One HR round.
The first round goes for around 3 hours. They told me to build an application. Second round was about for an hour. All the technical questions they asked from Dot Net Development.

There were two technical rounds . Each technical round consisted of a panel of 2 membera . Then there was a MR round and finally an HR . The technical rounds were very basic and not too much in depth . Both the panels were awesome . They were so cool and so in etiquettes .
