Got to the final stage of the interview. Company ghosted me even after multiple follow-ups. This is very disrespectful towards your candidates when they spent hours prepping for the interview. At least let them know that you guys decided to go with someone else, it takes no more than 2 minutes to send an automated rejection email.

Three stages, first with recruiter then with managers and directors. Fairly straightforward but long time frame for the entire process. ~45 min for the second interview, first and last were a bit shorter
