Sun Life Director interview questions

Easy. Straightforward. Direct and topical to the role. Interviewer asked a variety of questions looking to assess for an honest fit. In turn I did the same.interviewer was kind but direct and had a lot of questions for the hour.

Phone screen with recruiter --> Interview with hiring manager --> Panel interview with team --> Final interview with AVP. Enjoyable conversations and everyone here is very welcoming and warm. They ultimately went with another candidate as this was a very competitive position, but I learned a lot and I appreciated the consistent communication from both the hiring team and the recruiter throughout. I never had to wait more than a week between updates and their final rejection email was warm and professional.
