there was a phone call interview where they asked basic questions to screen your suitability for the role and then a panel interview with more senior managers for more job specific questions

Phone call from HR. Tool many weeks to get a face to face interview with the hiring manager. Got a call from HR asking if I was still interested in the job I applied for many months ago. Said yes and the normal interview process kicked off from there.
